Returns and Warranty Policy

Returns are easy.
We're committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. Custom orders, such as custom braided hoses, are not returnable. If your ordered the wrong Spectre high performance part we will gladly exchange it for the correct part. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:

  • Are in their original packaging
  • Are NOT SPECIAL ORDER
  • Have original manufacturer information
  • Are not damaged
  • Do not have missing parts
  • Have not been installed.

All returns must include a Return  Authorization Number (RMA).
Please request an RMA number by calling us at 757-576-3520.

After 30 days, describe the problem your are having. Under certain circumstances we will extend the 30 - 60 -90 day policy on even electronic parts, such as our Mustang Traction Control Module and our Tach Adapter Module.

If any automotive part we supply is defective we want to make it right.

All returns will be subject to a 15% restock fee.

Refunds
We will issue a  refund less 15% restocking fee for any returned products when your return meets the above requirements. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error. Special order parts such as custom braided hose are not returnable.

Damaged Products
If your product has been damaged in shipment, Please call us  immediately, at 1-757-576-3520. You must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Our Customer Service representatives will guide you through return and replacement.

Manufacturer's Warranty
After 30 days , all parts are covered by the Manufacturer Warranty only. Manufacturer warranties vary. Warranties are included with your product and should be reviewed carefully for additional information.

We provide a 30-day guarantee on the workmanship of All products. After 30 days, any defect in the product must be addressed directly with the manufacturer. Please review the manufacturer information you receive with your new product to learn more about the manufacturer warranty.

In the case of most electronic parts we sell we are the Manufacturer and we will repair or replace defective products during the warranty period. After the warranty period we will repair or replace according to the nature of the malfunction. Repair charges are usually nominal.

We do Not sell, loan or in any way allow any other business to use your personal information not even for demographics.
We do not sell or allow any other party to use your E-mail address.

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All credit card information utilizes state-of-the-art Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology and SET compliant.

What this means for you, our customer, is that when you send your order to us, it is sent on a secure connection. Your data is encrypted, or jumbled up, so that only our computer can decode and read it. Your information is not seen by any other computer on any other connection.

You can rest assured that we have no 'back-end' that a hacker can get into to steal your information.

You have our pledge that we will not share your credit or personal information with any other person or company.

If you still feel uncomfortable giving your credit information over the Internet, please feel free to call us at 757-576-3520 and give your information in person.

Denial of credit card charges constitutes criminal fraud and will be prosecuted as such. Jurisdiction is in the state of Virginia for all criminal and civil matters. All legal fees necessary for collection will be added to the amount owed.

Also, you may send us a check or money order for your total bill including Shipping and handling, along with the part number of the items you wish to purchase. (To calculate shipping and handling, complete your order as if you were submitting it over the Internet, your shipping and handling total will be given to you there. You do not have to complete the order via Internet.)
